CAReer - The Talent Program

CAReer is an enterprise-wide graduate training program designed to put you in a key position for a successful career at Daimler. By getting to know Daimler inside and out, you'll be on track to becoming a vital cog in our company.

The program is aimed at early professionals and graduates. A successful candidate will have a degree in a technical or business field, above-average academic performance, practical experience, a persuasive personality and a desire to excel in the international automotive Industry.

Process and Modules

The program lasts 12 to 15 months and includes three projects in different divisions and departments. Participants will have the opportunity to complete various qualification programs designed to prepare them for future assignments.
