Freightliner Trucks Creates New Website for Medium-duty Buyers

M2 To The Max Site Allows Users to Tour Business Class® M2 online

Portland, Ore. – September 13, 2006 – Freightliner Trucks has launched a website that gives users an interactive tour of its Business Class® M2 medium duty truck. The new website, www.M2ToTheMax.com, can help purchasers make their decision by showing the features and benefits of the Business Class M2. Photos and video clips illustrate the truck’s capabilities in four key areas: performance, comfort, safety and uptime.

The M2 to the Max website lets users view the four different models of the Business Class M2 (106, 112, 106V and 112V), three different cab configurations (day cab, extended cab and crew cab) and bodies for seven common business uses (utility, beverage, refuse, sweeper, fire/emergency, delivery, tanker/bulk, tow and construction). The site also links to www.freightlinertrucks.com, where visitors can find additional information, downloadable brochures and a dealer locator.

“The Business Class M2 was developed to help businesses increase their productivity, performance and profitability,” said Jonathan Randall, director of product marketing, Freightliner Trucks. “This website allows buyers to see how our truck excels in the areas that are important to them. It’s the next best thing to a test drive.”

People who visit the website before October 22, 2006 may register to win one of many prizes including a $1,000 fuel card, five $250 fuel cards and ten driver grab bags packed with a Freightliner Trucks briefcase, jacket, beverage bottle, multi-tool and Business Class M2 die-cast model.
