Freightliner Trucks to Sponsor Run Smart Hour on Midnight Trucking Radio Network
PORTLAND, OREGON…Freightliner Trucks announced today the sponsorship of the Freightliner Trucks Run Smart Hour on the Midnight Trucking Radio Network. The Run Smart Hour will feature useful information and advice to help truck drivers run a smarter, more efficient business.
Carried by 12 affiliate radio stations across North America and available on Sirius Satellite Radio channel 138, Midnight Trucking Radio Network is a national clearinghouse of information, thoughts and opinions of the American truck driver.
The Run Smart Hour radio program is scheduled to air weekly on Thursday mornings, 1:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m. CST. The first installment aired on Thursday, August 25 from the Great American Trucking Show.
Program Hosts Eric Harley and Gary McNamara will focus on topics such as buying a new or used truck, 2007 emission regulations, financing and safety and legislative news. They will also discuss topics based on driver input from the previous hour of programming, as well as breaking news items that are important to drivers on America’s highways.
