PORTLAND, ORE. – Dec. 15, 2008 – Freightliner Trucks today announces the availability of Roadranger Fuel Efficient (FE) 75w-90 Synthetic Axle Lubricant as a factory-installed option on its Cascadia™, Coronado®, Columbia® and Century Class® S/T trucks.
Independent research has confirmed that the addition of Roadranger FE Synthetic Axle Lubricant may result in reductions of fuel consumption by more than one percent (results may vary and require proper use/application).
In addition to its cost-saving benefits, Roadranger FE Synthetic Axle Lubricant extends vehicle life by improving operation in extremely low and high temperatures and by providing better protection against gear-wear in high-horsepower, high-torque, high-speed, heavy-load and severe applications.
