SelecTrucks Debuts Down Payment Match Program for Owner-Operators
Portland, OR - Extending a new level of support to owner-operators, SelecTrucks has launched the used truck industry’s first down payment match program. Matching 50% of customers’ down payments on eligible trucks, the program reflects the company’s focus on innovative solutions that make a practical difference to used truck customers.
“We are committed to helping our customers succeed in today’s marketplace,” said Drew Backeberg, Manager of Marketing and Customer Support at Freightliner Market Development Corporation (FMDC), the division responsible for used truck distribution and parent of SelecTrucks. “The down payment match program is designed to help owner-operators meet their business goals by providing an upfront boost so that they can focus on long-term success.”
With the new program, SelecTrucks will match 50% of qualifying used truck buyers’ down payments toward eligible used trucks up to $2,500. Valid for one down payment match per customer, the program is available through August 31, 2007. Customers should inquire at a SelecTrucks Center or call (800) 576-3743 for complete details.
“Our new down payment match program is unique in the used truck industry, and I think that owner-operators will make the most of its potential and its benefits,” Backeberg concluded.
