Sterling Trucks Expands Dealer Network By More Than Thirty Percent
Growing Number of Sales, Parts and Service Locations Give Customers Broad Support System
LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY…Sterling Truck Corporation has expanded its dealer network by more than 30 percent in the past 18 months, according to John Merrifield, Sterling Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Over 90 new locations have been added in the United States and Canada, bringing the total number of sales, parts and service locations across the Sterling network to more than 300. The update on the major expansion of the Sterling dealer network was made during a press conference at the Mid-America Trucking Show here.
“As the Sterling business continues to grow, so do the needs of our Sterling customers,” Merrifield said. “We will continue to expand our dealer network to provide more sales, service and parts locations for our customers as we pursue our goal of making Sterling the leading vocational truck brand in North America.”
Some of the new dealer locations include Albany, New York; Calgary, Alberta; Chicago, Illinois; Brooklyn, New York; Chattanooga, Tennessee; Columbia, South Carolina; Commerce City, Colorado; Des Moines, Iowa; Ft. Worth, Texas; Knoxville, Tennessee; Las Vegas, Nevada; Lexington, Virginia; Little Rock, Arkansas; Memphis, Tennessee; Ottawa, Ontario; Phoenix, Arizona; Rapid City, South Dakota; Scottsbluff, Nebraska; Sioux City, Iowa; E. Syracuse, New York; and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
