Western Star Introduces New 34-Inch Stratosphere Sleeper
New Sleeper Provides Additional Headroom and Interior Space for Enhanced Driver Comfort
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Western Star Truck Sales, Inc. today introduced a new 34-inch Stratosphere® to its sleeper product line. Available on the 4800 and 4900 Western Star truck models, the new 34-inch sleeper option allows Western Star customers to meet NAFTA Hours Of Service regulations without requiring a larger sleeper. The new 34-inch Stratosphere is on display in the Western Star booth #30155 at the 2011 Mid-America Trucking Show.
“Western Star customers appreciate the superior craftsmanship, premium quality and comfort of our Stratosphere sleepers, and our latest addition offers yet another customization option,” said Ann Demitruk, director of marketing, Western Star. “With the addition of the 34-inch Stratosphere, Western Star continues to offer one of the broadest lines of sleepers in its class.”
The new 34-inch sleeper combines a significant amount of additional headroom and greater storage space with the look and feel of a day cab, and also features Western Star’s enhanced interior color and storage options. Western Star’s ample room between the front seats further enhances sleeper access and overall comfort. Plus, the specially contoured roof fairing improves cab-to-trailer gap while reducing the chance of contact with a refrigeration unit.
The 34-inch Stratosphere sleeper is now available to order for Western Star 4800 and 4900 truck models.
