FORT MILL, S.C. – May 3, 2016 – New improvements to the HVAC systems of Western Star 5700XE and 4700 models means cabs will be cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter and quieter year-round. Other changes include more precise temperature controls and faster window defrosts.
The improved HVAC system will be standard on Western Star’s 5700XE and 4700 models beginning in May 2016. The 4900 and 6900 models will get the updates soon.
