My favorite part of working at DTNA, aside from the kindness and professionalism of the people I work with, is the opportunity for career growth. When I started as a Production Supervisor at the company’s Portland Truck Plant in November 2011, I couldn’t have imagined the various roles and responsibilities I would have, including becoming the Paint Supervisor to Materials Supervisor to my current role as Senior Safety Engineer. I’ve had the opportunity to earn a certification as TOS Specialist, and I plan to complete the advanced theory training and projects to earn my Lean Expert Certification.
